Might be you're getting too much sugar from yoir diet. Even certain fruits have tons of sugar that can be bad for u in great quantity. Try eating food high in fiber. Fiber adds substance to your bowels and helps keep your bowel moments regular.

Also, stay away from sport drinks, like Gatorade, because they have sugar as well. When you read the Nutritional Facts, you have to note how much sugar per serving AND how many servings are in that container. Ex: a 32oz of Gatorade has around 15mg of sugar per serving, but it has 4 servings per bottle. If you finish that bottle all at once then you've just had 60mg of sugar.

I think that kind of diet is not compatible to you,you should change it because it will not be helpful for you. There are a lot of ways you can use like daily exercise and eating only fruits and vegetables.I think it can help.

That's normal. It's a radical change in your diet and you body is simply compensating by flushing it out. Start off slow and gradual. I recommend moving into the sugar busters. It's a great diet that's not that hard to live with.
