I go outside for a walk or ride my bike until I'm calmed down. Sports are a really great way to release anger. I remember being really bitter and angry at my parents and WANTING to be mad, I was fuming! I had it set in my mind I was going to stay mad and be mad after practice and ignore them when I got home but after doing wind sprints and pulling harnesses I couldn't really stay mad, I started calming down. *its rare for me to get this mad, but sometimes I get so mad I want to break something it's like something inside me has snapped. I imagine it can be that way for you sometimes too. maybe invest in a punching bag and just beat it when you're mad.
