How do i deal with this guy that i use to like but he now has baby momma and i still like him too

If he is still in a relationship with baby momma, run the other way! If he is no longer in a relationship with her and you are willing to accept she will always be a part of his life, you need to figure out if he is worth all the baby momma drama before you commit to a relationship with him.
