How can i lose 30 pounds in 3 months?

Yawn........EXCERSIZE haha go to a gym and exsersize for 4hours 3 days a week every week u can still eat food just eat smaller portions

Jump up and down for about five hours every day. Eat healthy. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! Get plenty of exercise.

Eat a bowl of fruit every morning and a salad every day. Jog at least 1 mile every day or go bike riding. Make sure you eat healthy and do not eat a lot of junk food when you get stressed or depressed.

Run,10 minutes every other day. Swim (laps) 30 minutes every other day. try to be more active throughout the day and eat fairly healthy. u dont have to diet, eat normaly dont eat to get full. 4 to 5 small meals a day. and sleep well. good luck. :)

Do ones a week exercise for just 3 minutes. The exercise is called HIT High intensity Interval Training. Advantage of this exercise is you wont gain the wait and no need to join GYM no need to starve.

There's a book you can buy to follow the diet. It's basically a diabetic diet - eliminating most carbs. It's a healthy, balanced diet. The carbs are replaced with multiple-grain items. It absolutely works. Look it up on Amazon.

walk a lot and exercise a lot too. eat organic vegetables and drink only tomato juice . tomato juice works like magic

Actually, any doctor will tell you that you should not try to lose more than two pounds a week, so ten pounds a month really isn't safe. Instead, get yourself on a good program, such as Weight Watchers--check it out at www.weightwatchers.com --you can even join right now with no joining fee, or you can just check out a meeting, at no charge. I speak from experience, having lost 70+ lbs on the program--and it took me a lot longer than seven months. But it's not a hard program to follow; you don't have to buy special food, as some plans require, just ordinary, grocery store foods; there's nothing you can't eat, if you follow plan guidelines; and you're never hungry.
