Eat a bowl of fruit every morning and a salad every day. Jog at least 1 mile every day or go bike riding. Make sure you eat healthy and do not eat a lot of junk food when you get stressed or depressed.
Run,10 minutes every other day. Swim (laps) 30 minutes every other day. try to be more active throughout the day and eat fairly healthy. u dont have to diet, eat normaly dont eat to get full. 4 to 5 small meals a day. and sleep well. good luck. :)
Actually, any doctor will tell you that you should not try to lose more than two pounds a week, so ten pounds a month really isn't safe. Instead, get yourself on a good program, such as Weight Watchers--check it out at www.weightwatchers.com --you can even join right now with no joining fee, or you can just check out a meeting, at no charge. I speak from experience, having lost 70+ lbs on the program--and it took me a lot longer than seven months. But it's not a hard program to follow; you don't have to buy special food, as some plans require, just ordinary, grocery store foods; there's nothing you can't eat, if you follow plan guidelines; and you're never hungry.
