The key is to eat 5 meals a day healthy meals! A good breakfast, than a snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. Yogurt,fruit, vegetables, beef and chicken no pork. Drink water or anything else but no pop!! Exercise 5 days a week either 3 days cardio 2 days weight training or 3 days weight training, 2 days cardio. Either way u have to give your body at lest two days rest and need to work different parts of your body each time!!
