If you are able to prove to a court that you are capable of taking care of yourself, and continue going to school, then you can emancipate yourself. (Essentially divorcing your parents.) This requires a form of steady income. Check your state laws, as the requirements can vary. (I made the choice to kick ass in school, graduate when I was 16, and went to university... It's a good option.)
The legal age specifications for moving out of your parent's house are mostly 17 in most states. However, some states differ and their rules state that you have to be 18 years of age and above. Check with the rules of your state to see the stipulated age.
Emancipation is possible if you can prove your parents are completely unfit and that you can support yourself while maintaining a C+ average in school. Do you have a trust fund that your parents don't control? You do run the risk of the state deciding that your parents are unfit and just putting you in foster care.
