When I find myself hopeless, I pray. I also seek advise or comfort from friends and family. Keeping myself busy also helps me keep my mind off of that situation or thing that is pulling me down. Hope you find hope again.

Hopelessness is a form of depression.. I recommend getting out and exercising. Exercising has been known to help alleviate the symptoms of depression, besides keeping yourself busy helps to get your mind of the situation
What helps me the most in these situations is watching a comedy or ready a funny book. Laughter is one of the best therapies, because it releases all kinds of good chemicals into the blood stream and will make you feel better. Hope this helps and good luck! ^_^
