How to gain 20 pounds in 4 months

im 14 and weigh 92 pounds im 5'3 so thats not good i been getting depressed lately about my wight please help me i try to eat lots of food i dont think thats helping very much i know its possible to gain wight fast because when a superstar has to play a role in a movie they gain the weight or lose the weight really fast. Its 4 months away from summer vacation i want a better body please please help me ive cryed about this topic way to many times Help ! I just want to gain 20 pounds

I would recommend talking to a doctor, have you tried that? I think eating a bunch of bad food to gain weight isn't a good idea. You could end up with diabetes or heart disease or clogged arteries. Definitely talk to a doctor about this :/ Good luck!

Eat lots of meat. Steak, roast, jerky, and so on. Protein builds muscle and fat. And it the taste is unreal. Mmmmmm

Go to the doctor and they can describe you something to so I would say eat alot eat all kinds of food full of fat!then weigh your self every month for the four months and see how much u gained.

I gained 6lbs in 7 days eating Greek Yogurt. I love it ,but, I'm over weight already.

Eat foods rich in protein and go to gym everyday.

Buy some "Whey Protein Mix", eat 7 small meals a day at the same time everyday. Dont concentrate on calorie intake, you want a high carbohydrate intake. Before bed work out first then drink the protein mix with 2% milk, trust me, I went from 112 to 172 w/ mass in 7 1/2 months.

I would suggest seeing a doctor. You may have a thyroid problem. They can order tests to check for it and other disorders and give you a proper diet to follow. But, in the mean time, I would suggest eating a high protein diet. Snack on things like trial mix. Don't forget about fruits and veggies. I have struggled with the same problem for a few years. After many tests, it has been determined that I am healthy, but just have a high metabolism. Eating junk food is not the right way to go about gaining weight. There are many successful, healthy ways to do it. Eating junk to gain will only make you feel icky. Eat 6 well balanced meals a day. Properly proportioned and see a doctor. Skinny or not, you are beautiful. Let the way you feel health wise be the best judge. Beauty comes from within. Just try to maintain a healthy diet. Good luck :)

I'm 13 and I weigh 86 lbs. but I'm perfectly healthy. I get told im skinny by a lot of people, and yes, it's overly annoying to hear it all the time; but who cares? and IDK.... Get lots of muscle and eat 4 meals a day instead of 3. (?)

I think you have something in your life that is causing you to lose your appetite. I went through a hard time and lost 10 pounds in a week. Is there anything that is depressing you? You mentioned crying, this will only make you worse. I would suggest eating small portions and working your way up to larger portions- mostly don't worry about it Be happy in the skin your in!

Don't get depressed about it honey. If your parents haven't done anything, then tell them about it but I'm sure you will be fine. Tell them that you would like to see a doctor to find out if this is normal. Eat larger meals and work out less often if that is possible. I don't want you to become unhealthy though dear so I would suggest following the doctor idea. Best of luck. Don't forget to follow me. All my love, 17lynche.

Eat a lot of carbohydrates-- things like bread and pasta. That's definitely the way to do it. Protein from meat would also help possibly. But be sure to balance this all out with fruits and veggies too.
