How I can activate sending friend request to my friends at Facebook

If your Facebook account has been blocked from sending friends request, then there's nothing you can do about it. You have to wait for a period of two weeks, for it to be activated again. Note that Facebook has implemented new security measures to prevent friend request spamming. Some users are being shown a "This Request Can't Be Sent" pop-up if their request is deemed suspicious.
