Did something happen to doctor dre to inspire the song I need a doctor

A lot of people in Dre's circle went through dramatic changes. His son died. The death of Eazy E, Tupac, & Proof. Effected his creativity. And all the drama he was going through with Death Row. Took away his inspiration . Detox was close to 10 yrs. In the making. Em must have said enough is enough.

Yea he got shot in the chest few months ago

He got shot and only eminem cared enough to make a song about it, eminenm really likes dr.dre because he started out his career
