The easiest way to gain weight is to change your eating habits. Always eat three large meals and three hefty snacks in between the meals. Drink shakes, milk and fresh juice in place of coffee and soda. The meals should not be high in unhealthy high calorie foods like processed meats, cookies and cakes. Eat whole breads instead of the white ones, starchy vegetables like potatoes and carrots, fruits that are dense like apple and pineapple, soups and added oils. You should eat chips, cookies, but not cake. That is way to fattening. I should say 2 large cookies a day. Also you should drink shakes and all that. Basically junk food. By the way it doesn't matter if your too skinny.
actually dont eat chips and cookies and bla bla bla ........... because it could harm you but eat one large spoon of honey every morning and a cup of milk and double what u eat and see what happens trust me even your hair will get softer and your skin 2 ! TRY IT
