Listen to music keep yourself busy go out walks on the beach exercise play sports go to the mall with your friends a nice dinner spend time with family smile for no reason enjoy the little things you have now cause tomorrow there's a chance you might not have them :)

Lol that's true I am different not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing I wasn't always like this but things happen & yes I do speak my mind sometimes other than that I'm just me lol & yes you do seem pretty cool yourself you should fill out your interest just a little bit more though lol :(

For one, to the comment above me, you don't have to be engaged to have sex. And two, there are less risky ways of stress relief. That is why porn exists.

Try this simple breathing exercise: inhale, deeply, for a slow count of four; hold your breath, for a slow count of four; exhale, completely, for a slow count of four; and repeat, until you feel calm. Another way of dealing with stress is meditation. There are books you can borrow from the library which will teach you how; google "How to meditate", and you will find lots of sites with just that information. Last of all, there is prayer. Recently, I started praying the "Divine Hours". What that is, comprises seven short sequences of prayers, at seven different times every day. Now, I realize this is not for everyone (I'm more able to do this kind of thing, as I'm retired), but even praying once a day can make a huge difference in how your life is lived. It really does help me to center in on what is truly important.

Do tapping :) when ever I'm stressed I do tapping and it makes me feel a lot better if you want to know how to tap comment :)
