How do I divorce my husband from another country if I don't want to go back there?

If the 2 of you married HERE, you can seek a divorce in our courts. If you married him in another country, you're stuck. Perhaps you can convince HIM to file in that country if he's as eager for a divorce as you are?
You will have to file for divorce through your embassy or high commission office in that country. The embassy will find you an attorney who will represent your interests and you will bear the costs.
