why can't you see comments on your answers until your 15 mins. after posting is up?

Idk but it's annoying mean ok need filter time but come on 15 min for the question to show up then 15 min for an answer why can't it be shorter like 5 min or better yet let it post right then and if it's flagged so be it but be better then 15 minutes

Because your on the app version of ask. You can see them on the PC version.
