I am from America and have 2 DUIs and not attend court for the second one. I am now living in Australia. I need to know if I can go back

Well, pack a bag. You probably have some jail time coming for that one. You are coming home to a warrant for your arrest.

You can go back but you have to present yourself before a judge to explain why you did not attend court when you were supposed to. You could also get in touch with your lawyer and he will guide you on how to go about setting another court date.

Joanie is right. When you failed to return for your court date, a bench warrant was issued for your arrest. That warrant is still waiting for you. Bench warrants don't get lost and nobody forgets. I believe that border officials get that information and keep it handy in their computer system. Contact a lawyer to sort this out. You must address this and have a good reason for fleeing the justice system without notifying the court of the problem. It costs a lot less and is more convenient to be law-abiding.
