Omg please help me!!!! (read details)

i have an unbearable migraine!!!! i was recently at a high altitude, was sick, and havent gotten a lot of sleep, and i fractured my wrist. could the headache be from all of that stress? i have had it for two days and this is the worst it has been. i have also been taking advil. i took two advil and hour ago and then migraine is still the same. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO!?!?!?!?

High altitude causes dehydration and that causes headaches. I'm a flight attendant and when I don't drink enough water on the job I wake up with a headache the next morning. They drill it into us all the time WATER WATER WATER!

I just read an article that said to drink two glasses of gatorade. It said it works better than pain relievers. Cant hurt.

I usually suffer from this,if Advil isnt working you might consider taking something stronger...I usually get migraines so strong that I vomit and struggle with my view...also make sure to sleep right away it helps when you wake up you will feel much better!:)

Of all of the over-the-counter medications on the shelf, Excederin is made specifically for migraines. You might try that.

Yes, but they make a special excedrin just for migraines called excedrin migraine. I used to buy it all the time, but for some reason cannot find it anymore.

Gatorade is a great suggestion because you maybe dehydrated

Dark room cool cloth no noise try thinking about something wonderful funny the more u concentrate on the pain the worse it gets have u eaten don't drink alcohol or smoke good luck

Go to sleep for a little while then if you still have a headache when you wake up take a warm compress and put it on your forhead

Advil isn't going to help a migraine. You've got to take something stronger. Drinking water and laying in the dark with a wet washcloth over your forehead might help too. But really, migraine's are just something that you have to wait out.

I use an ice pack. I lay on it on the side the headache is on and try to sleep. I hope you feel better soon.
