I bought a house 20 month ago it was built in 1952 the floors is seperaing from the house how can I pursuit this and get it fix

You can do that by contacting the department of housing and urban development. You can visit their offices or their website to get their service numbers. From there you will be explained on the steps to take to get your house fixed.

I'm a carpenter, built many (100's) of houses. Really need more info on that.
Is it coming up in the middle of a room, or is a wall actually pulling away?

Did you have the house inspected before you bough it? If so, call the inspector.

That's why you pay the extra $300 for an inspector! If you didn't, you're stuck!
