yes drinking water helps lose weight but the not eating part makes you gain more weight because you brain thinks you are in "survival mode" and turns all calories in to fat to be stored and saved for later. the best way to lose fat/weight would be to eat 5-6 times a day but by eat i mean a little snack (hand full of almonds...a small salad...yogurt...etc) and by all means try to avoid carbs(the grain...bread...spagaggetti) and junk food(no explanation needed) oh and exercise. exercising helps alot...try some crunches to lose stomach fat.
If you don't eat you're gonna die soon!! drink lots of water but you have to eat!! look ive tried this & it worked! i drank only water but i ate salads & cucumbers i love cucumbers!! haha i did that for several days & i lost some weight..
