What can I do to relieve constipation?

Constipation is normally caused by two things: dehydration and not enough fiber. To help with the cause you can drink lots of water as well as prune or apple juice to help add fluid to your stool. To prevent constipation in the future you should increase the intake of water and fiber.

I agree...water and fiber is a must in a person's diet...without them you will usually have to turn to laxatives or enemas on a regular basis and over time your body will become dependent upon them.
