Can i run arma 2 operation arrowhead if canyourunit.com gave me a failure rating?

You cannot run your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead if you got a failure rating from 'canyourunit.com'. You need to make sure that your PC meets the set requirements to be able to run it.
