Idk... Maybe your sad? Lonely? Emotions I would say. Just get yourself busy with a hobby... Think good thots. Be positive. It helps me to think that Somebody always has it worse then I do. Hang in there
Not to worry. It is very normal, especially for females since there are many hormones at work. It is a way of letting stress out of your life and crying is healthy for the body. Sometimes too much crying tho, can mean depression and that would need addressing, however, I feel you are young and are just growing up. Be easy on yourself and watch a funny movie or take a walk, talk to a friend,,all these help when we have mood swings. Take care..

Ya I hear alot about harmones these days. Don't know where your heads at or what your into but this is a different world than what alot of us grew up in. World events, peer pressure, and sometimes just trying to be comfortable with who we are brings alot of uncertainty into our lives. We all feel this. I mean that. We all feel. Talk to people you trust. Your church first? And hopefully your parents. Friends may also be able to connect with you. Above all else, you are not alone. Sun on your face and a breeze on your back.
It could be hormones, but most likely it is just pent up emotion that needs to be let out. Life is painful, life is stressful, and everyone NEEDS to cry sometimes. It's perfectly normal and perfectly okay. However, if it continues and you are upset all the time, you could be chronically depressed, and in that case you should seek out the help of your doctor or a counselor.
i am a psychiatrist and my team and i have actually been working on his exact sort of thing. the most likely have a repressed memory that is making you sad. you probably walked in on your parents having sex when you were a kid you should try to think about this... a lot
Hormonal things. You build up all of this emotion and you let it out. I cry A LOT. Some people just let out their emotions more than others. It's actually healthier to let out your emotions then keep them all bottled up.
Perhaps you are really sad or stressed out but not sure why.Just because we for get what we are upset about doesn't mean we stop being upset. In fact you may be even more upset because with out knowing why you don't know what to do about it.
