I'm 13 and I'm a nerd I recently bought a 10 lb for lifting weight how many times should I lift a day to get strong Idc how long it takes
as you read to tell you I'm weak! :(
U should start with sets of ten reps, after a few weeks twenty and continue from there, and as you do more reps start to add a little more weight!!!
Why you tryin to bulk up?
Buy heavier weights and build your way up so you don't have to keep lifting a 10 pound weight haha
10-12 sets a day eventually you will have to buy more heavier weights
