What exercise gets rid of belly fat
Vacuum pose is a good exercise to get rid off belly fat. To do this exercise you need to suck your belly as much as possible the hold it for 15 to 60 seconds. Other exercises include, squats, dead lift and chest press.
I usually try to do this at least three times a day. I saw it on tube but the guy was lying down and pulling in his abs , so j figured if I can't lie down why not try it standing up
