Fruit and protein. Stay away from really sugary stuff.

Steaks and eggs I use to know a body builder that ate 12 eggs and 2steaks plus a shake every morning then run up and down the stairs lol

Breakfast should only include fruits and salads. Fruits like papaya and apple should be consumed for breakfasts. Glass of milk and a boiled egg are also good for health.
