can anybody help me !!!!;)

I weigh like a lot I think I am 5,4 or 5,5 and last time I got weighed in December and I weighed like 185 and I'm in sixth grade got held back so I will be thirteen in march and I wanted to know some good work out routines I already do30 situps and pushups a day I just like a Dailey routine I can do and also my parents don't but heAlthy food my mon said I was big cause of how much I eat and I think I eat a fair amount :(so just a work out routine thanks

Get on the medium pace treadmill at a ratio of 1:30 and do a 30 second sprint. Running around you block a few times should also be good enough and so should rope jumping for 15 minutes. Check out the routine on www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/cardio-and-weights-workout.html.

I do at least 25 push ups, 15 sit ups, run around a gym 5 laps, and a sport 5 days a week. I dont lose a lot of weight though. So I have to agree it is what you eat. It agitates me too. Just pay attention to the calories you eat.

Anything cardio, anything that will get your heart rate up, and get you sweating. Riding your bike, running. Your very young, get outside and play.
