What's the best way to become relaxed and less stressed?
I find that writing and distracting yourself with a favorite hobby helps. I go with writing, music and watching movies until I become less stressed.
Try Sedona method. It's a little long but works great.
Walking helps me best. With a friend or my puppy. Gives me time to think and unwind.
Think about something else, and worry bout the stress later, or do something fun :$

Meditation is the best! You free all your worries and learn more about yourself. The best thing to concentrate on if you do meditate is gratitude.
