Veritas Aequitas means justified truth or fairly true. The word Veritas is of ancient Greek origin and it translates to truth in English. Aequitas on the other hand is also of Greek origin and it stands for justice or virtue.
Veritas and Aequitas are two separate words, not a phrase. Contrary to what was stated above, they are not Greek in origin, they are both Latin. That being said, the definitions of both, "Truth" and "Justice" respectively, were correct.
