How do I save photos that people have sent me on my wallphotos in facebook

To save the photos people have sent you on your Wall Photos in Facebook, right click on the picture and click on Save Picture As. Once you click on it, a folder option will appear. You can then choose where you want to save it and what name you would like to save it under.

Also, if you're viewing the full pic, you should see a few links at the bottom left. One of the links is "Download". Click and it will open window asking you where to save.
