You might be able to get her phone number with the address. You can try checking with the online yellow pages and entering the address. You might also try Pipl. If you can not find the phone number on Pipl you can find a social web page like Facebook or MySpace where you could contact your friend and ask for the number.

Yes you can find it online with the address but only if their number is listed. If you searched by my address you won't find mine. Try switchboard.com or anywho.com. Sometimes you can just put the address in Google search & it will pull up info. In general though, if it's new it may not be listed online yet.

Does your friend nit have an email address? Did your friend not even try to give you their number. You just sound like a creepy stalker. If your friend wanted you to have their number, why wouldnt they have given it to you?
