Snopes.com Is there any truth to E mail going around that Barak Obama is not a citizen by reason of issued passports

According to snopes there is an email circulating of the said allegation. But the USA government says that the email is a scam and just a disgrace to the Obama administration. That issue was resolved a LONG time ago. I dont get why people cant get past it.

People can't get over it because getting the truth out of the impostor is impossible. He has no traceable history, all of his educational records are sealed, he has no personal history before he was 18, and even then things are pretty murky.
