if it cranks, it is a good sign try to eliminate fuel, do you have enough gas left inside the tank? when was the last time you replaced the spark plugs? or the fuel filters? dont force it to start you might end up draining your battery, hope this help
Check the distributor, take the cap off and crank the starter, if it turns then it is something in the fuel, electric system. If it does not, it could be the timing belt inside the engine. another way is to tap on the fuel pump. Oh yea...on the distributor...leave the wire's alone just release the cap....also once you put the cap back on. pull one of the spark plug wire's from the spark plug and see if you get a spark. get a test light and see if you have power to the fuel pump. check the fuel filter. If you can try to get a diagnostic meter and run a test on the system.
