Don't take it seriously. Kinda ignore them if they're really annoying take a deep breath and exhale ...like smelling the roses and blowing out the tip of a candle . This will give fresh oxygen to your brains and you'll feel better. Hopefully they'll be gone by them. Take it easy
Sometimes there is nothing you can do to stop people from understanding you mentally. You can try to hide your true feelings and build up walls but that will get you nowhere except alone which is never good. It's OK to let people in; sometimes we need to let people in. Try not to hide your feelings. I hope this helps!
Oh I can't stand that either, this is how I get through it,#1 don't be judge mental and don't let other people be judge mental to you[that's what really got me] #2 don't let anyone get to you with words at all remember it's just an opinion.
Start caring less. I spend no time with anyone from high school. No one from my military days pays my bills. No one who as ever criticized me has anything to do with my life. Treat them all as such. Trivial. At then end of the day you are responsible or you.
By get to you, you probably mean you have a difficult time getting thoughts out of your head that have been planted. Here's what you do: first don't run away or try to push the thought out. You have to face it in your mind, accept it as nothing more than a thought, let it float around and let time pass. We give power to people but we don't have to. People that try to get into your head are nothing more than insecure losers. When you feel that someone is getting to you, you don't have to be scared of it, just face it. Fear of something gives it power. Just face it (the fear) and face it every time. Pretty soon you will have an understanding of how strong you are and you will never be affected by mind games again.
