I want my hair to grown longer faster. It is shoulder length right now, which looks incredibly awkward. How do I make it grow quicker?

wash your hair everyday and use hair growth shampoo also a little trim will do the work

And braid your hair every night before you go to bed this will help because it is pulling your roots and making your hair grow faster
