The snack Takis is not very good especially when you eat a lot of it. It is likely to cause ulcers in children or stomach ulcers in the long-run. Therefore, it is recommended that you take it less often.
It's not terrible for your health, just don't overdo it and make sure you still eat healthy throughout the rest of the day. As long as you eat healthy food the rest of the time, a little reward won't hurt ;)
And spicy food isn't bad for you, whoever tried to say that... food is only spicy because there's a chemical in certain foods that can trick your heat receptors into believing that something hot is being pressed against that part of your skin or your mouth. So, literally, spicy food burns!
It's processed, it's snack food... yeah, it would be bad if that's all you ate!
