Is 130 pounds a healthy wait for a 13 year old girl?

im 13 5'5 and 130 pounds i'm not fat i dance everyday and i stress over my weight all the time but my mom is anorexic and i dont want to end up like her so dont worry and just exersixe if u think u need to but your bones might be really thick like mine so dont sweat it

i would say no but then ask how tall you are. dont emphasize on your weight it makes,life less fun!

I believe that it is not because the older you become the more weight you would maybe gain . Im 14 and weigh 90 pounds !

Hun your fine everybody who says your other wise ^ above is lying to you your not fat don't stress over your weight I wish I weighed that I'm 160 lbs and proud I'm not fat so don't you worry about that either I weighed 190 sumthn lbs when I was your age I'm now 15

How tall are you? If you are under 5' 4" probably not healthy if you are 5' 7" or taller than you are great. It should be about 2lbs per inch for an adult

I'm 98 pounds and I'm only 12 and I'm really tall and I have a lot of muscle because I'm a gymnast so I would say try to lose a little weight but no to much just so that you are in shape and eating healthy foods.

Depends on your height. If your 5 feet, you're a little overweight, if you're 5 feet 6, you're just fine.
