People at church wont judge you. You are all there for one reason for one reason to learn about God. They will be kind and accept you.
It's church! Don't worry if people make fun of you! Just remember why you're there and you'll be fine. Remember, God is always with you!

Just act like you would in school, and if you're a girl, DO NOT wear a short dress/skirt. I would recommend jeans and a tee shirt, but that's me.

You only need to meet one person and you will be all set. the rest will fall into place. Just find a friendly face and tell them this is your first time at that church and are looking forward to meeting new friends.
No reason to be nervous. Just be friendly, caring, helpful and people will pick up on good qualities like that. God bless

Seriously though being shy can be very painful and the best thing is to keep clear in your head WHY you're in church...weather it's new to you or not. And like nafta said, pass on the "kool aid stuff" (that's probably before your time?). Go for it, you'll grow inside a little for it. ;)

Yeah, do what I always do. When you go to a new church, wear old jeans and a t-shirt. If they judge you by the way you are dressed, they are not of Christ. If you are fully accepted no matter how you are dressed, that is the place you want to be.
Compare everything you hear against the Bible to see if what they're teaching you lines up with Scripture.
show them ur a believer and smiling will show them ur a kind person .....and try to be relatable because the church is a place where people like to be open about everyday things
