What is the hardest part of your job? What is the easiest? What kind of training did you receive before being put on your job? What is the most rewarding part of your job? These are good questions to ask regardless of the type of work involved.

Assuming you will be writing a research essay on this visit I would think: what is their degree of education in general and what education is needed for their particular job, if their job is something they would choose or are they there for a payday, how long have they worked there, and what are their long-term plans within that company, what does their particular job entail.

If you could change one thing about your job what would it be? Ask if "how it's made" has ever done a show on there factory. Show respect, factory workers take pride in the products they make. Or at least they should. What kind of factory is it?
