One point and two point perspective differs on their positioning. One point perspective has one vanishing point example is a drawing of a road. Two point perspectives have two vanishing points on the horizon, generally one left and one right example is drawing of a building.

In one point perspective, there is one point that you use to line up the objects you are drawing. In two point, you obviously have two points you use, one on each side. You can have as perspective points as you want, but the more you use, the harder it is to draw, and the more surreal your drawing becomes.
