Why do people feel the need to put negative comments on posts?

If they don't like the actor/ artist/ movie/ song/ show than why are they even spending valuable time searching said topic? ignorance is bliss people save it for YOUR twitter or facebook not waste your time on a question someone wants answered with your unnecessary/ hater comments...

This must be a hypothetical question because as ChasaHart, this is the first question you've asked.

Exactly. I post my answer before reading other answers to keep my thoughts clear. Thumbs up for checking, like I did. I do it routinely now!

its a rhetorical question, so that the obnoxious people who post them can read this and maybe critically think about how remedial they are
Report as
Or just how stupid you are.

^^^ i am highly more intelligent than you anyone who can read can clearly see that with one eye closed

Learn to use proper grammar and english and people won't laugh at you.

Lol hotcarlo6, you're so right!

great example! ^^^^ ur a prime example of ignorance... who cares if someone doesn't use proper grammar and I don't see any other language besides english, unless you mean "use proper grammar and proper english" than technically speaking you are as incorrect as the person you are trying to speak upon. Im just saying keep the negativity to yourself because I'm not for it. I know you wouldn't want me to go correct your grammar and I bet if half the websites didn't have spell-check than most people would have some type of bad grammar regardless

Because some people are just rude and ignorant... Don't let them make you a bad person... Just move on and don't talk to them... Because there are a lot of them out there

Because people ask stupid questions.

That's it that's the answer I was looking for.

Didn't they teach you in school that there is no such thing as a stupid question. Regardless of what the question is no one got anywhere without asking questions. So i guess you think Thomas Edison invented the light bulb on the first try, he tried 1000 ways before he got it right, he just ruled out all the ways not to make a light bulb. But than I guess he's stupid correct? You must not read or think before you type because the stupidity doesn't lie in the question it lies in the answer.

Because we humans are naturally hostile, get used to it.

humans arent naturally hostile. There is no such thing as human nature because human nature is built around what another human said is "good and bad". If someone said it was the other way around in the beginning and evil was considered good and good was considered evil everyone would have a whole different perspective but instead we base our actions on what somebody else said is right and wrong so we blame it on merely being human when in reality we are just trying to justify our wrongs by using that lame, same old excuse. Humans arent naturally hostile thats just an excuse
Report as
Why I meant to say is that every human has done a bad deed,no one is truly nice,we are all victim to hostility.

ChasaHart. Are you eating magic mushrooms? This is your very first question on Ask! Did you lose your way from Yahoo or ChaCha? Do you have multiple accounts? Inquiring minds want to know!

its my first question because i was reading the ignorant comment posted on a question i really wanted the answer too, that somebody else had posted and the only answers i saw were ignorant, remedial remarks and nothing helpful so my inquiring mind wanted to know why people who have no fancy for the show there posting on would take time out of there day to search a show they dont like and than take time to comment negatively on it. Why is it that necessary?

You might benefit from reading "How To Win Friends & Influence People", by Norman Vincent Peale. People who live in glass house shouldn't throw stones. When you point a finger at someone else, remember, four are pointing back at you. News flash! You, my dear, are equally guilty! You are a newbie, yet you waltz in here with your negative attitude, telling us "people" what to do. Last time I looked, this was a free country. Last time, I looked, we had free speech. Last time I looked, it was Community Guidelines, not Chasa Guidelines. Last time I looked, people were free to leave Ask.

To not like something is an opinion, that's something many want to share. Many also like to argue with other's, who think differently. Around 10% of these talks go peacefully and are intellectual discussions... on the rest... I don't really want to comment. Topics to argue about can be everything from "I don't like War" to "Katy Perry can't sing" (that both makes sense to me...)

because of how they feel on the inside, if they cant let it out in the real world, then they have to find another way to do so without any physical reaction some people can't control themselves with these things, they will do it more often causing them to fall in the way of being a cyber bully.
