i learned some moves from shake it up on Disney channel go online then click on shake it up then on the bottom it will say episode click one full episode then look for moves from shake it up if u cant find it then comment me and ill give u the link :) hope this helps:D
Just close your eyes, turn the music up loud, let the beat resonate in your bones, and let your body move. Do what feels good. Practice moving your hips for a little more sexuality if that's what you're looking for. Practice is definitely important btw. Spend some time in your room alone and watch yourself in the mirror to figure out what you look good doing, and what feels best for you.
