When we were in eighth grade, our teacher helped some students to stop cussing by giving them other words to replace the cuss words. One of her non-cuss statements was "Oh for crying in the outside sink", or Fudge, fruit or frick, darn or dang, you get the idea.
Put a rubber band around your wrist, when you say a cuss word pull the rubber band and let go. By flipping yourself with the rubber band, your mind will pair cussing to pain. That should help you stop.
