Assuming the rapture you are referencing is true, the direct answer is no. An agnostic person would not be raptured because an agnostic person is not Christian. Christianity states that "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Act 4:12 This verse references Jesus Christ of Nazareth. However, there is also the possibility that the agnostic person has not rejected Christianity, has lived up to the light available to the agnostic person and has yet the opportunity to accept further light offered to the agnostic person before probation closes either at death or at the general close of probation for all humanity, whichever comes first. These statements are doctrinally sound regardless of the rapture belief/theory so popular lately (May 21st).
