In baseball, man on 3rd scores on Pastball does batter get an RBI

The batter could possibly get one RBI on only the man on third, since according to the rules, you would credit a run batted in for the run scored when, before two are out, an error is made on a play on which a runner from third base ordinarily would score.

When the catcher doesn't catch a past ball, there isn't a RBI for the batter. They didn't hit the ball. The RBI would come, if the batter hit the ball, the ball was thrown into home, the catcher didn't catch the ball and the player at 3rd base was able to score.
