How can I get a good sleep?

I tried to sleep but I can and I keep moving to sides to sides.

A sweet mug of hot milk knocks me out if I am having trouble sleeping. I don't believe in using sleeping tablets and I find that this natural method works perfectly for me in about 10 minutes.C

There are many herbal remedies. But here is two cheap and easily available.Try 2 tablespoons of honey or buttered popcorn with parmesan cheese.honey gives a calming effect.The popcorn combo reacts to our body the same way that turkey makes us sleepy.I have tried them both. It works.

Take a hot bath and listen to light music before go to bed. It's work for me all the times. Good luck

1. drink a warm cup of milk.
2. watch one of very long stock news.
3. now lay down in your couch when your wacthing it.
4. keep on watching the migic box.
5. then unicorns well come over then you well play with them
6. you wake up.
