I'm a 13 year old so I'm still growing does doing 100 sit ups a day bad or will it effect becuz I really want a 6 pack
Don't push yourself too far. If you experience any lower-back pain, cut back on the sit-ups. Other than that, 100 a day is pretty impressive.
No I dont thnk it will effect ur growth, ur body will just get used to doin exercises & u will have a 6 pk. for a long time
It won't have an effect on your growth. though You gotta have days to rest in between and do some cardio.
My suggestion is don't try so hard it's not like u need to have one so don't worry- :D (the answers no........)
Join football. You'll get a six pack in a month.
