When i start to have love for somebody and i cry every night , what do i do when he start making excuses to get in a relationship with me?

I think you should call it quits and try as much as possible to get over it. This is because someone who makes excuses now and then might not be ready to be in a relationship with you and you might hurt when you get into such a relationship.
