Why do I have so much dandruff? I'm a girl. How do I get rid of it?

Well anyone can get dry scalp and dandruff, have you tried using Head and Shoulders? If not its the best and try it! :)

Mix a glass of water with 1 lemon juice and wash ur hair with it after usin shampoo,, leave it a while thin wash it out with water, be sure that there is no lemon left in ur hair

First make sure it is dandruff, it could be numerous things from dry scalp to build up in your hair. It may help to shampoo twice, paying close attention to your scalp. Scrub it very good and make sure you rinse conditioner out well.

i have alot of dandruff too, and iv tried everything! head and shoulders doesnt work, coconut oil doesnt work, nothing! but you can keep trying stuff, tell me wat works plz!

Wash, condition and rinse well. Lay off a lot of products as they tend to dry scalp and flake on your hair. Wash often!!

Try Cal-Ben five star soap. U can find the site on the web. Been using all their natural products for over a year and will not go back to anything else. Be careful it's really concentrated but it works. "Five Star Soap" Cal-Ben.

Dandruff could also be acne on the scalp even though it doesn't feel like pimples... You could also try neutrogena shampoo and conditioner if the dandruff shampoo doesn't work.

Dandruff is said to be a common, albeit complex, skin problem resulting in the excessive flaking of dry, white skin from the scalp. It can be caused by several factors which include poor hygiene/nutrition, emotional stress, anxiety or exhaustion, allergies, hereditary predisposition, dry heat or cold weather, excessive use of hair dryers and curling irons among others. dandruff these days us very common. they are dead scalp. they sometimes may be bigger in size or smaller in size. you can use head and shoulders shampoo. avoid using oil or greasy things like conditioner this may make it even worse. other reason would be dry scalp or dry skin. i hope this was helpful
