2011 Nissan Titan has a vibrating sound coming from the back of the truck only when accelerating. What could this be?

Report as

The vibration might be as a result of transmission problems. Friction caused in the car transmission mechanism is a comon cause of vibrations when accelerating. The problem might also lie with the engine. You should have your car checked out by a professional. We had an exhaust leak repaired recently and now we're hearing the vibration. I'm wondering if the two are related? Everything else checked out just fine.

The engine might move on it's mounts and then the exhaust system knocks on something.
