HELP! How can I get rid of my timeshare? I was told if I let it go to foreclosure, they will put a lien on my house.

You can get rid of the time share by selling it like anything else. However, you are always responsible for the maintenance fees if the new owner doesn't pay for them. There is absolutely no way of getting out of the maint fees. That's why time shares are refered to as "Financial Herpes".

To get rid of timeshare, you first need to determine the value of your property then advertise online or offline. Ones you have a collected potential buyer, make sure you do at least a simple background check on them to make sure you will not be pulled in to some sort of scam.
