Report as

Vitamin K can be stored in fat tissues so it is best to know what foods contain vitamin K as it is good for blood clotting, kidneys, bones and worked in conjunction with calcium so the body absorbs it more easily. Some foods high in vitamin K are green leafy vegetables, liver, cheddar cheese, soy, egg whites to name a few and it is very important that our bodies have this for daily function.
